What is the mvOptimizerService? Do I need? It's shows that the service has stopped (because it can't start due to a file missing), but I've set it to MANUAL so the error doesn't pop up. I only get the error when the service is set to AUTO to run at startup. I set the mvOptimizerService from Auto to Manual within windows services.
